We are currently investigating a potential fraud case that involves Simon Miller Property Investments, Metro Propert Services in Detroit and a company called The Mutual Team also in Detroit.
Our client "purchased" property in Detroit, Michigan via Simon Miller Property Investments a few years back. Since then, our client has seen almost no return on their investment.
At this point, it is not clear who is responsible for what is looking more and more like a elaborate scam but we are investigating.
