Before we conduct any form of investigation we will need to take the relevant information from you. This can be done over the phone or by completing our online booking form.
Once we have this information, our system will automatically send you an email providing you with your unique case reference number, our account details (should you decide to pay by bank transfer), and a link to our terms & conditions. We will need you to agree to these terms & conditions before we can proceed.
WE DEPLOY THE DEVICE
Once we've received the relevant information from you and confirmation that you agree to our terms & conditions, we are then able to deploy the tracking device.
The devices are deployed by our highly trained operatives usually between 1am to 3am (unless the vehicle owner works nights).
This process takes between 3- 5 seconds
When deployed, you will receive an email with your log in instructions
LET THE MONITORING BEGIN
Once deployed, you the client can log in to the system and monitor the movements/ history yourself.
If the vehicle is being driven down the road when the user logs in, you will literally see the car moving down the road on a satellite image.
It also records all history including, full addresses (door number, street name and post code). This will be saved & stored until you delete it.
If an address comes up that the you are not sure of, we can find out who lives there for you.
Once a pattern of life has been established, it will enable us to determine the best time for a surveillance op thus reducing the cost of a surveillance op should you decide to go ahead with one.
