Basic surveillance is when we have an undercover operative discreetly follow an individual for a minimum of 4 hours.
The subject would not be aware of our operative's presence.
This package includes:
A Full Intelligence Report (including times, locations etc)

Before we conduct any form of investigation we will need to take the relevant information from you. This can be done over the phone or by completing our online booking form.
Once we have this information, our system will automatically send you an email providing you with your unique case reference number, our account details (should you decide to pay by bank transfer), and a link to our terms & conditions. We will need you to agree to these terms & conditions before we can proceed.
WE CONDUCT THE OPERATION
Once we've received the relevant information from you and confirmation that you agree to our terms & conditions, we are then able to deploy the surveillance team.
The operative(s) will be given a clear set of instructions, part of this brief is what they are expected to achieve. They will do everything they can to acheive these goals, as long as they are able to do so legally.
The team will endeavour to take covert imagery and sometimes video footage which will be compiled into a report.
WAIT FOR YOUR REPORT
Your report will be sent via email as a PDF document. Alternatively, it can be sent by post if this suits you better.
This report will be written in such a way so that it can be used as evidence should you require it to do so.
